Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract (2 pages ) according to the IWA format before 15 June 2024.

Authors whose abstracts are selected will be invited to give an oral presentation or a poster presentation at the conference.

Oral Presentation Guidelines.

Each presentation has a 20 min slot. We ask you to complete your talk within 15 min, so we can have some time for question-and-answer.

All presenters should upload your PPT file (Microsoft PowerPoint* (*.ppt) or (*pptx)) to the computer in the presentation room at least 15 min before your session starts.

Please prepare your presentation in 16:9 format.

Poster Presentation Guidelines.

Poster size should be A1 portrait oriented (width: 59.4cm / 23 3/8 inch, Length:84.1cm / 33 1/8 inch). Do not exceed these dimensions.

Please note poster presenters must print their own poster prior to attending the conference. There will be no poster printing services available onsite at the conference.

The posters can be displayed from 8:30 AM on Day 1 and should be displayed until the end of the poster session on the final day of the conference.

All posters should be removed immediately after the final session is over.
